Bison Rock Solutions LLC is a real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from owners, typically for cash and in as-is condition. We are not licensed real estate brokers or agents, we do not represent buyers or sellers in a brokerage capacity, and we do not provide brokerage services. Nothing on this site creates an agency or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
4. Information you submit
4.1. When you submit a form on this site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and the property.
4.2. You represent that you own the property you submit, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
4.3. Submitting information does not create a contract to sell your property, and it does not obligate you to accept any offer.
5. Offers and purchase agreements
5.1. Any offer we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us and on publicly available data. It is not a binding commitment.
5.2. Offers are subject to inspection, title review, and a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Only a signed purchase agreement creates a binding obligation.
5.3. We may assign our rights under a purchase agreement to another buyer or investor. If we do, the price and closing terms in your signed agreement do not change unless you agree to a change in writing.
6. Calls, texts, and email
6.1. By submitting your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your property and your inquiry, including by automated means.
6.2. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help.
6.3. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of selling your property to us.
7. Acceptable use
7.1. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7.2. You agree not to submit false information, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. The content on this site, including text, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent.
